Our
Industrial Roller Shutters are available in either Steel or Aluminium.
Both options can be manufactured solid or perforated. Both options
include 76mm laths and 50mm laths and both are available up to 12meters
in width using our removable centre guides. Both options are available
in either Electric and Manual. As with most of our other products,
our roller shutter range is available polyester powder painted in
any RAL or BS colour. Design: The laths are manufactured from 20swg galvanised interlocking steel. Solid or perforated. Weather hoods are constructed from 18swg galvanised steel sheet preformed to encase coil. Appearance: Curtain finishes include PVC colour coat, powder coated or stove enamel. A complete range of BS colours available. Grilles: Grilles are constructed from pressed aluminium links 16mm x 65mm and tubular spacers of 10mm diameter bar forming a brickbond pattern and is fitted to a 'T' shaped bottom rail. Punched section grille is constructed from steel interlocking laths in 18swg and 20swg with elongated slotted holes to form a brickbond pattern giving additional strength. Operation and control: Shutters and grilles can be manually hand-pushed operated up to a maximum opening of 9m2. Alternatively for larger openings a removable mullion is used. Geared or electrical operation is also available. This is by means of a single phase motor which incorporates transverse limits and emergency hand winding facility which is operated by a high security key switch or push button.
